I am from Shade Gap Penna and now spend my summers in Cassville, Pa. I spend my winters at my home down in Ft Myers, Southwest Florida. I like riding motorcycles, fishing, boating. So this blog will mostly be about those things

I went to HS at Southern Huntingdon County HS in Pa. I then went to the Navy for 10 years. I had brain surgery and after recovery I went to Harrisburg Area Community College for an AA degree and then to Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pa for a BS in Management and Labor Relations. I went to work in sells before I got total disability from the VA. I spend my summers in Pa and winters in Ft Myers, Fl.

Christmas Lights Ride

I went for a ride from my house in the Iona Section of Ft Myers. This is South Ft Myers. It was about 8pm and my 9 year old son, Jordan, went with me. He was using the Sony Handy Cam video camera and I was using my new Canon Digital EOS Rebel XT. It was on the cool side when we left, it was around 50 degrees. I was getting cold riding because I left my Leather Jacket back in Penna. and I only had my summer Joe Rocket Mesh Summer Jacket. I didn't even put on my gloves. It was a good ride anyway. We saw many beautiful lights down on Ft Myers Beach. I wanted to ride on up to the Thomas Edison Winter Estates but I just got too cold riding by the end of the evening. The Temputure droped to the mid 40's by the time we got home.

My lesson that I learned was never to go out with out being better dressed when riding a motorcycle.
